Overview

The questions that matter most don’t get answered at your desk. Created by Althea and hosted in partnership with SANCTUM, this three-day private retreat is designed specifically for founder-CEOs who are already operating at a high level and want to go further by going deeper within. Most conversations around psilocybin today focus on therapy and mental health. This retreat is different. It is designed for leaders seeking greater clarity, perspective, and intentionality around why they are building, how they are leading, and who they are becoming in the process. Through a legal, medically supervised psilocybin experience, structured peer dialogue, executive coaching, somatic practices, nature immersion, and reflection, participants step away from the noise of ordinary life to reconnect with what matters most. Participants leave with renewed conviction, expanded perspective, and relationships with a peer cohort of founders who genuinely understand the unique challenges of leadership.

Ron leads the executive development work inside Founder Cohort I, including life review, strategic reflection, and the 360 feedback process.

Great founders move effortlessly between execution and vision.

But the demands of leadership often leave little space to examine the questions that matter most. Over time, that lack of reflection carries a cost. Burnout, misalignment, and isolation are common consequences of building without sufficient distance and perspective.

Psilocybin possesses a rare quality particularly suited to founder development. By temporarily loosening the brain’s default patterns, it creates a window through which leaders can examine assumptions, identity, and direction from a distance ordinary life rarely affords.

This retreat exists for founders who take their own development as seriously as their company’s.
