About this event

A forest-to-table dinner experience celebrating fungi, food, and the landscapes that sustain us.

Guests will gather in a beautiful private setting in the Aspen backcountry for an evening exploring mycology, culinary wild mushrooms, conservation, land stewardship, and the choices that have shaped our relationship with the natural world. Through conversation, shared food, and community, participants will deepen their connection to fungi, ecology, and one another.

Those interested are also welcome to join Hamilton Pevec and experts from the Western Mycological Society earlier in the day for an optional, complimentary opportunity to observe and participate in the search for ingredients that may become part of the evening's meal.
